Conversation: Education in Colombia and how to transform it using data

This document presents the proceedings of the conversation “Education in Colombia and how to transform it based on data,” organized by the ExE Foundation and the newspaper El Espectador, which addressed fundamental issues regarding the importance of data in improving decision-making in the educational sector. The agenda included interviews and panels that highlighted the importance of establishing an education observatory, as well as reflections on education in emergency situations. The panelists, including Cecilia María Vélez, Andrea Escobar, Mariluz Zuluaga, María Victoria Angulo, Felipe Barrera Osorio, and Emiliana Vegas, shared their perspectives and experiences on how to use data to transform education in Colombia.
